On this page you will find information regarding Seaside Playgarden's application and enrollment process, tuition, and enrollment forms for new and prior students.

For each child, complete an Application for Enrollment form and submit to the school with a non-refundable application fee of $75. If your child is transferring from another school, release his/her educational records to our school. After the Application for Enrollment, student records (if applicable) and application fee are received, your child’s name will be placed in our waiting pool, as openings are available, home visits with the class teacher will be arranged for parents and child.

When acceptance has been determined, the family is contacted. The enrollment contract and enrollment fee of $165 (if your child is currently attending Seaside, the re-enrollment fee is reduced to $85) will be due at this time (additional sibling enrollment fee is $90). Tuition fees, as well as snack and supply fees, will be due according to contract dates.

Confirmation of enrollment takes place upon signature of the tuition and parent/teacher contracts and completion of the above steps. Final acceptance is granted following satisfactory adjustment to the school in the opinion of the lead teacher, generally this will be determined within the first 60 days of school.

VPK-Dragonflies Students must apply to the Florida VPK program before applying to Seaside Playgarden. If you live in Florida and have a child who turns 4 years of age by Sep. 1, your child is eligible for Florida’s state-assisted funded VPK program. Tuition/pledge may be paid in 10 monthly payments beginning August 1; however, full or bi-yearly payments are encouraged.
      Full payment - July 15, 5% discount
      Bi-yearly payments - July 15 and February 1, 2.5% discount

All programs have a $75 application fee (for new students) and an enrollment fee of $165.00, second child enrollment fee $75. Returning students enrollment fee is $85. VPK Students require a $75 refundable deposit fee to hold their space. This will be returned when school begins.

The teacher will make home visits to meet with parents and children and make final decisions about which program best meets the needs of the individual child.
